MLADIINFO MONTENEGRO

Mladiinfo Montenegro is a youth-led non-profit national organization founded on 30 March 2011 in Podgorica, Montenegro. m!M vision is "Young people as key actors of development of Montenegrin society". Mission is to improve the position of young people in Montenegro, through information, education and their active participation in society. Mladiinfo Montenegro is active in the field of youth mobility and has sent over 150 youth to different seminars, trainings and exchanges across Europe. Main decision making body in the organization is the Assembly that consists of all members. As an executive body there are 5 program coordinators and a legal representative - president. m!M team also includes interns, trainees, employees as well as the volunteers. Mladiinfo Montenegro has significant experience in informing and educating youth. Through its web portal www.mladiinfo.me and social media pages m!M inform youth about different learning possibilities, but also about grants, scholarships, internships. Also m!M educates youth about journalism, media, youth work, entrepreneurship, human rights, soft skills, addictions prevention, anti-discrimination and active participation. Mladiinfo Montenegro participated in creation of first Montenegrin Law on Youth, and continuously initiates and works on establishing local youth councils and generally fosters youth participation in decision making processes.
