The Communauté d'Agglomération Lamballe Terre & Mer is located in Brittany. The town of Lamballe-Armor is 2 hours 10 minutes from Paris by TGV, and 40 minutes from Rennes, the regional capital. The Children and Youth Department is made up of a Children's Centre, coordinating 11 leisure centres for children aged 3 to 11, and a Youth Centre with 4 youth centres for teenagers aged 11 to 17.
