Founded on June 12, 2012 Objectives: 1) to attract energetic and imaginative Salaspils young people together to allow them to implement their ideas, and to promote interesting and useful leisure time for anyone Salaspils young. 2) to promote youth initiatives and participation in decision-making and public life; 3) to participate in and organize the exchange of experience projects and activities at local, national and international levels. 4) encourage young people to engage in voluntary work.
