Governorates are the representative of state in city centre. They have highest responsible authority on public institution administration. Governor has skills and expertise to carry out all the aims and purpose of project. There are lots of project he has administered and Governor has enough staff to implement project activities. The departments under governor will be the helpful to achieve project purpose. Units under Governor These departments help governor to accomplish tasks in province. These units/departments are: Directorate of legal Affairs; they do the law jobs of province administrative board and also work as a governor’s consultant. Provincial Planning and Coordination Directorate: they do the planning and coordination tasks of the province. Population Directorate: is responsible for the population affairs in province. Secretary of provincial defence: they organize the mobilization in province in case of emergency. Directorate of provincial civil defence: they prepare the things about civil defence of the province and apply it.
