TVSpenta was born as a cultural association in Rapolano Terme (Siena, Italy) in 2009 by a group of young people to kick-start an alternative process that would create new stimuli and reasons for aggregation. Over the years the initial group has increased in number and desire to do. Currently, the association has over 300 members, mostly young people Under 35. TVSpenta promotes cultural activities by stimulating the local social fabric with particular attention to young people. The purpose of the Association is to propose concrete alternatives by promoting reading, volunteering, stimulating debate and socialization. In 2020, the Association adopted the definition of APS (Association for Social Promotion). TVSpenta manages the Public Library of Rapolano, guaranteeing community service and carrying out initiatives for the promotion of reading aimed at all ages. Furthermore, TVSpenta promotes and spread the love for the environment as the moral basis of all the events it carries out and in which it participates. The association's main event is the TVSpenta dal Vivo summer festival, an eco-sustainable event of live music.
