360 Youth Policy and Integration

360˚ Youth Policy and Integration is a non-profit and non- governmental organization established in Tirana, Albania in 2021 when a group of young people decided to unite their efforts for causes that are important to all of us, although we come from different backgrounds. The idea of this organization is to be the point from which to obtain a common vision for the important aspects of our live, especially in non-formal education in Albania, but not only. Our main focus consists in developing personal and interpersonal skills for employment, entrepreneurship, active participation in society, contribution to the growth of personal competencies in order to create a better future for each individual, and consequently for the whole community. A better world featured by integrated social collaboration, respecting human rights, understanding of cultural diversity, international cooperation and participation. Our mission is to help people supplement their education inequality. One of the original purposes was creating opportunities for indviduals to supplement their schooling and providing the labour market with a well-educated workforce using both formal non-formal methods. To promote social equality, acceptance, fairness and tolerance.Promote equal opportunities between men and women. 360˚ Youth Policy and Integration aims: 1- To support the active involvement of young people in various areas of public life; 2- volunteering and youth mobility; mental health and healthy lifestyle; 3- to support the development of the abilities and potential of young people from different social and cultural groups, 4- To develop formal and non-formal education activities, local, national and international, 5- Promoting and to build capacity, to have better skills and knowledge regarding human and social rights in general, 6- Promoting a peaceful and a nonviolent society, 7- Build their personal and professional skills, about employment, entrepreneurship, and participation in social activites, 8- Expand the network connection with youth people and other partnerships, 9- developing international partnerships with similar organizations, active exchange of ideas and best practices and training courses, creating a rich network of European partners. 10- to empower youth to participate in the society, 11- to create a space for dialogue and to provide learning opportunities, 12- to develop skills, experience and understanding, 13- to activate the leadership potential of youth, 14- to represent youth towards decision-makers and to strengthen mutual understanding. 15- To have education for personal development, and professional training. 16- Defend the rights and improve the quality of life of people with disabilities and / or with special needs, always guided by the principles of integration and social inclusion and normalization. The path to this is participation in various national and international projects, implementation of joint activities in partnerships with other organizations or networks; organizing advocacy campaigns; development and implementation of strategies and programs at local, national and international level. Members of the organization are involved in developing, evaluating and managing various programs and projects in the social sector, education and the media, etc. “WE CANNOT ALWAYS BUILD A FUTURE FOR OUR YOUTH, BUT WE CAN BUILD OUR YOUTH FOR THE FUTURE AS WE STRONLGY BELIEVE THAT NO ONE IS BORN TO BE FORGOTTEN AND LEFT BEHIND".
