Paul (1971) is, as his father once said, a 'self-made man'. For example, he started a food forest in the Netherlands. He planted more than 150 food forest trees on their property in Spain. He emigrated (in 2023). He taught yoga at PSV and FC Den Bosch. He also trained FC Eindhoven, PSV and the Dutch women's national team in penalties. He played amateur football at a high level and was the masseur for several football teams. For example, he also massaged players from PSV and the Dutch women's national team, as well as at the World Cup for the homeless, see www.penaltyspecialist.com . Paul is trained as a Master of Science (Technical Business Administration), yoga teacher and body-oriented therapist. This has helped him to substantiate and vary every training, lesson or coaching. Paul is the creator and developer of the first children's yoga board game: Mila's strange poses . In this game he has incorporated his knowledge of the Indian culture, games and movement, yoga, tai chi, meditation. He traveled for two years through Central and South America and worked with children. There he not only learned important life lessons, but also how to communicate fluently in Spanish and English. Health and exercise are his greatest passions. He provides education and training according to the principles of a holistic model in the field of health, well-being and talent development. The sudden death of his father (in 2010) has been the driving force for him to develop himself further. That event has made him realize deeply that life is temporary. And that it is important to follow your heart. Paul is certified and qualified in both education and training. He has an acredited training company training blind people to become massage therapists.
