Youth Association "Klik"

We focus on fostering a comprehensive understanding of basic and advanced rights and needs for individuals to function effectively in a democratic society. These efforts include developing critical skills in expressing thoughts and emotions in everyday communication on topics such as personal development, social cohesion, and political or social challenges. Youth Association "Klik" is a dedicated and experienced team passionate about empowering youth and creating long-term, positive impacts on communities locally, nationally, and internationally. Our work emphasizes personal youth development, everyday communication, and supporting young individuals in cultivating their identity. This includes helping youth recognize their role within their individual cultural context while simultaneously understanding their place within a broader European collective. Our focus is on youth exchanges and training courses designed to empower participants in building healthy and sustainable frameworks of communication. Through these efforts, we strive to equip youth with the tools necessary to take meaningful actions and establish high levels of competence. This ensures they can understand and fulfill their responsibilities as proactive, democratic citizens at local, regional, national, and international levels. Youth Association "Klik", founded in early 2025 by a group of motivated young individuals from Tuzla, shares a unified passion for youth work and development. The association’s President is a highly competent and experienced individual focused on improving the local, regional, and national community through youth work. Their vision revolves around creating opportunities for youth to develop skills in areas most needed today, including: - Understanding the key concepts of democratic citizenship: how to define it, adapt it to personal and professional life, and communicate these principles effectively to others. - Developing tolerance, communication, and active participation in everyday life. - Helping youth express themselves on topics concerning personal development and democratic values, fostering civic engagement and social cohesion. - Supporting the implementation of newly developed skills and knowledge through workshops, disseminations, and activities that contribute to the local community. - Encouraging creative expression in various forms, such as art, writing, music, video, and photography, to address themes relevant to youth and their development.
