Top View Hostel

We are a professional hosting organization operating in partnership with Empowered Youth Network, a youth-focused NGO in Albania, to support Erasmus+ mobility projects and international non-formal learning activities. Our accommodation facility, Top View Hostel, is located in Durrës, Albania, and provides a modern, safe, and welcoming environment that meets European standards of quality, safety, and comfort. Top View Hostel can host 30–60 participants, offering both indoor and outdoor spaces suitable for youth exchanges, training courses, seminars, and group retreats. One of our venue’s major advantages is its sea-view location. Participants can enjoy outdoor areas, and events can be organized on our sea-view terrace, which is ideal for energizers, group sessions, cultural evenings, and social interaction. In addition to outdoor spaces, we provide a dedicated training hall fully equipped with a projector, screen, flipchart, and flexible seating arrangements that support plenary sessions, workshops, and small-group work. We work closely with Empowered Youth Network to offer a complete package of hosting and support services for international partners. Our services include: – Accommodation for 30–60 participants – Coordination of airport transfers – Local guidance in Durrës (orientation, logistics, local insights) – Coffee breaks and three daily meals (tailored menus available) – Cultural visits and local excursions designed for youth groups and Erasmus+ participants Our venue is situated in a calm and easily accessible part of Durrës, close to the coastline, public transport, and key cultural sites. The combination of sea-view outdoor areas, well-equipped indoor training facilities, and supportive youth-work partners creates an ideal setting for learning, collaboration, and intercultural exchange.
