Tierra Sin Males

Tierra Sin Males (TSM) is a non-profit organisation based in Soria, Spain, with over 25 years of experience defending human rights and tackling the root causes of poverty and inequality. Inspired by the ethical legacy of Pedro Casaldáliga, we work to build a more just and solidary world by addressing structural injustice and strengthening community agency. We operate at the intersection of youth work, education and sustainable rural development. We promote active citizenship, human rights and social justice through non-formal learning, community-based projects and volunteering. Our work combines local action in rural areas (youth participation, community leadership, social innovation, digital and civic skills, rural revitalisation) with international cooperation and exchange (Latin America and West Africa). Across all our actions, we prioritise gender equality, intercultural dialogue and a strong “do no harm” approach.
