Polytechnic Foundation of Valencia

Polytechnic Foundation of Valencia is the promoter of the Alumni Association of the Polytechnic University of Valencia. The Association is a meeting point between graduates and professionals (more than 8.000 associated professional members) from diverse sectors and an important meeting point for training and professional development. We are a non-profit independent and pluralistic organization, aimed to the advancement of all graduates and professionals, both inside and outside our borders. With over 20 years of experience we had become a reference and a model for our capacity for innovation and dynamism. Main activities of the association are: 1. Innova & action is a training space focused on developing and sharing knowledge, experiences, methodologies and tools around innovation, with the aim of increasing the competitiveness of professionals and companies involved in the association. In addition, through its activities, the association enables the networking work of its members and establish dynamics of open innovation through s and synergies generated in meetings, workshops, committees and other activities. 2. The association counts also with a training and innovation observatory, Atacama, which handles scanning trends, practices and ideas related to innovation in the business world. Develops studies and reports that include an international perspective but also the European perspective. 3. We also develop and design training courses that will allow professionals to develop competencies and skills as communication skills, the ability to negotiate and sell, languages, etc. 4. Know Box is the perfect place to share and generate knowledge. Is a training database where professionals can find reports of prestigious national and international institutions, presentations of all our clubs and forums, book summaries or our training programs, video or audio from our talks and conferences, opinion and thoughts, tutorials, manuals and recipes or even e-books full and free for download. 5. More and more people develop their career and even his private life in the international arena and establish personal relationships abroad. Therefore, we launched Blue Red Network. The goal is to connect professionals located in different parts of Europe to share experiences and opportunities.
