Les Petits Débrouillards L-R

Les Petits Deboruillards L-R has been running scientific workshops for youngsters and youth workers trainings in the Languedoc-Roussillon region since 2000. We employ science as a pedagogical tool to promote social inclusion and social cohesion. Since 2015, we have been running activities on digital technologies to empower young citizens vis-a-vis the current digital revolution. Our main goals can be summed up as follows: - enable people to discover science in an amusing way, and trigger their curiosity for contemporary scientific research, both in the hard sciences and the human sciences; - promote the values of knowledge, debating critical thinking; - foster solidarity among people; - shape active citizens, capable of informed opinions and sensible choicies with regards political, economical, social and developmental issues.
