The scientific organizations are recognized the legal entity irrespective of legal form and pattern of ownership, public consolidation of scientists, performing scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities as the core business. 1.3. The scientific organization has the right to perform educational activities for programs of a magistracy, programs of preparation of the research and educational personnel in postgraduate study (graduate military course), to programs of internship, and also additional professional programs and programs of professional training. 1.4. The scientific organization can perform cooperation with the educational organizations of the higher education and coordination of the activities and activities of such educational organizations, including on the basis of agreements, by creation of associations of the scientific organizations and educational organizations of the higher education in the form of associations or the unions.
