Education Innovators Kosovo - EIK

Education Innovators Kosovo (EIK) is a dynamic non-profit youth organisation based in Mitrovica, Kosovo, working at the intersection of youth participation, innovation, inclusion and community impact. We build and support Erasmus+ partnerships that combine strong educational quality with real local relevance. Our strength lies in connecting international project goals with grassroots realities in Kosovo and the Western Balkans. We work with young people from different communities, including young people with fewer opportunities, and create meaningful learning spaces through non-formal education, intercultural dialogue, creativity and active participation. EIK is especially interested in partnerships related to: - youth exchanges, training courses and study visits - inclusion and diversity - youth wellbeing and mental health - digital skills, innovation and entrepreneurship - sustainability and green transition - active citizenship, democracy and European values - arts-based and creative youth work What we bring as a partner: - strong participant outreach and recruitment in Kosovo - experience working with diverse and underrepresented youth groups - reliable communication and commitment throughout the full project cycle - local implementation capacity, logistics support and follow-up activities - dissemination, visibility and community-based impact a valuable Western Balkans perspective and access to local stakeholders and communities We are a proactive, flexible and solutions-oriented partner, ready to contribute from project design to implementation, dissemination and sustainability. We are open to joining projects as a partner, sending organisation or local host in Kosovo. We are looking for serious and value-driven organisations that want to co-create impactful Erasmus+ projects with clear educational value, strong inclusion and sustainable results for young people and communities.
