During the holiday season, we perform annually in Tumlin - Wykień 40 (rural common room), a half-circle for children and young people under the slogan - healthy mind in a healthy body. The subject of the task is a series of free activities in the field of physical culture, anti-addiction prophylaxis, and promotion of active forms of recreation for children and youth aged 7-20. Participants also receive meals that they prepare themselves as part of the "Slow food - learning healthy nutrition" workshop. The main goal of the half-day is to develop interest in sports and active leisure activities as well as counteracting social pathologies. As part of the supported activities, the Association has been organizing sports activities, workshops, rallies, competitions, tournaments, team games and individual ones, including disciplines of corrective gymnastics (preventive classes) for 15 years. The association also operates in the school year. In the afternoon from Monday to Friday in our facility, children and teenagers can spend their free time under the care of a day-care center, which organizes free time by organization of games and games, preventive talks and film screenings with children of the Tumlin village. During the school year, for three years, dance classes led by a qualified instructor were held in our country club. They were very popular among our pupils, but not all families were able to cover the financial costs. Dancing is very popular among young people, dance shows have always been featured by country festivities that we organize on the occasion of the Children's and Mother's Day, the beginning and ending of the summer holidays, Harvest Festival. So we organized dance workshops with our own funds, with the participation of association members (volunteering) and a day care minder. It is a modern dance, we duplicate what the instructor has taught us in the past. Children and youth participate in them willingly, however, the leading people notice the lack of sufficient skills to conduct these workshops, which is why we are looking for opportunities to improve the staff in the field of social dancing and modern as well as folk. We want to observe how others do it, learn the basic dance steps of folk, social and modern dances - which we do not know yet. We want to make film recordings in order to be able to use them during workshops in the common room to have training material for us and young people. People who work with children in the community center also lack new, interesting ideas for unsportsmanlike activities, we see the chance in drama. This technique can greatly facilitate and enhance therapeutic talks, play in a room with unfavorable weather, as well as activities in the yard or in the field.
