Association of Social Entrepreneurs

Assocciation of Social Entrepreneurs (Sosyal Girişimciler Derneği) was founded in 2015 in Akşehir (a district of Konya province in Turkey, famous for its cherry trees, agriculture) by teachers, agricultural engineers and university students.We work on social entrepreneurship and social innovation.Our purpose is to publicise Social Entrepreneurship and organize social activities to bring public awareness and attract attention to social problems.We encourage volunteering activities and social awareness in young people, especialy women.We want to study on examples of Social Enterpreneurship in other countries and achieve integration to our environment and culture in cooperation with foreign organizations.We believe to provide economic and social development by social entrepreneurship of our region.
