Association Kulturanova

Kulturanova’s mission is to develop contents of independent culture in order to encourage positive social change and improve the position of creative people in Novi Sad and the region by promoting peaceful co-existance, minorities’ and human rights, including vulnerable groups in it’s projects and advocating that creativity is a tool for economic development and entrepreneurship Our projects in the previous 3 years were supported by Culture/Creative Europe program of European Commission, Ministry of culture of the Republic of Serbia, Development Agency of Serbia, The City of Novi Sad, Creative Force program of the Swedish Institute and Fulbright Program by the U.S. government. We have realized 6 major projects and organized dozen of small artistic interventions, meet-ups engaging more than 400 people as direct beneficiaries and about 3000 as indirect beneficiaries. Our main partners in this period were Lava-Dansproduktion (Stockholm, Sweden), Foundry Theatre (New York, USA), Moussem (Brussels, Belgium), Museum of Contemporary art of Vojvodina and Art Academy of Novi Sad.
