AYAFE Azerbaijan

AYAFE - one of the first NGOs in Azerbaijan, est. in 1997 with the goal to help the integration of Azerbaijani youth into Europe. Our motto is: "Where is the Will, There is the Way!" We stand for peace, tolerance and understanding. AYAFE is a partner organization of the Service Civil International (SCI) in Azerbaijan. We are open to be your partner in Erasmus Youth Exchanges and Training courses (KA105), Study visits and other initiatives. We organise international camps, long-term local youth projects, various seminars and courses for young people. As we know providing for young people with fewer opportunities and working against their stigmatization and social exclusion form a fundamental part of the European programmes. So considering it AYAFE as a bridge-builder between youth of Azerbaijan and European youth, did a lot of special programs and projects on empowering of young people with fewer opportunities. Our team consist of both highly experienced project management professionals and young volunteers. Our experience and capabilities: - Planning and management of start-up procedures - Communication with the Partners. - Promotion of the project - Selection of suitable participants according to the partner profile. - Planning and implementation of the preparation activities (before the departure) - Preparation of the participants and their travel plan and tasks. - Management of administrative procedures and all technical and organizational aspects - Management of the flows of participants - Management of the relationship with foreign partners and with participants - Planning and implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities - Planning and implementation of the follow-up activities - Disseminating the results and work towards better visibility. - Multiplying the results with the Peer-to-Peer method
