Full description of VILLARROBLEDO LOCAL development agency The Local Development Agency is part of the area of local development and equality policy of the City Council of Villarrobledo, which has been providing local development services since 1997. The local services provided by the development agency in city of Villarrobledo can specify in three main thematic blocks. One in the field of counselling for entrepreneurship; two service for the improvement of employability; and third, as women's Centre. Counselling service for the enterprise lends itself to those who have a business project, helping in the elaboration of the project's feasibility, informing of public aid which can be accessed according to the characteristic of the project; also works in collaboration with other projects such as the LEADER programme, working in agreement with other entities that are related to the work of enterprise: Chamber of Commerce, cooperation agreements with ministries of the Government of the Commonwealth Autónoma de Castilla - La Mancha, etc. The service is staffed by two technical women in enterprise. Support the improvement of employability is main objectives helping the unemployed to improve their position of employment in the labour market. It is a complementary service to others that comes with other agencies of the autonomous region and the State. Another objective is to act as mediator between the / the unemployed person and the company, in this sense has two large databases with unemployed people and companies constantly updated information. The third great aims to provide guidance and advice for employment in this sense individual and group performances are carried out to improve the positioning of the / as unemployment. The fourth major objective is the training for employment, Center have certificates that accredit the approval to teach courses of training for employment in various specialties, it should be noted that in this sense the main actions training to which they are being conducted in recent years are focused on young people enrolled in the youth guarantee programme. The service that fits into the women's Center is an agreement between the city of Villarrobledo and the Institute of women of Castile - La Mancha to assist women in their various problems: violence, psychological care and employment.
