The ESSERCI TUTTI ALL COMPANIES ' COOPERATIVE COMPANY is a social cooperative to object plural (AB) in accordance with Law 381/1991 , concretized in the " Policoro Project " of the Italian Catholic Church , becoming a concrete gesture in southern Italy , almost all of the partners comes dall'AGESCI (Association of Italian Catholic Guides and Scouts) Cetraro2 . The ESSERCI TUTTI cooperative has as its goal the search for a ' jobs for those who are placed at the edge of the community, believing as a founding principle, that everyone in society has a place to put at the disposal of the other 's talent. The partners want to work together in order to safeguard the fundamental rights of the human being and the dignity of persons, to promote independence , growth, social inclusion, and promote well-being and help improve the quality of life , working for the person , the family and the community that surrounds them. Building among the members together with the community , help a constructive and concrete , which mature over time, for all people in need. Collaborating with institutions, enterprises and those men and women who support human dignity , giving priority to the welfare of individuals, because it reflects on the whole company .
