We develop a social inclusion model, focused on the individual needs and possibilities of each of the mental disabled person. Our beneficiaries have been deinstitutionalized from the public big residential institutions for persons with disabilities and while in our care we support them to recover, develop their skills and capacities they never had the chance to acquire, that will enable them to live their lives as all the other persons as much as possible. We also support them to be prepared for taking a job and to keep a job, providing them vocational counselling and job matching. Besides providing licenced social services we are licenced to provide training for the occupation "vocational counsellor for persons with disabilities".
