EUROPUBlic: Belong to Youth platform started as a social enterprise start-up and is now structured as Intercultural Social Development Education and Youth Association. Our purpose of emergence and establishment; In recent years, both in the world and in our country these phenomena have been observed: - Increase of prejudice and lack of confidence due to the increase in crime rates, - Increase in the cost of living, - Increase in the ease of meeting the social needs of people as a result of the increase in the use of social media. For these reasons, in today's world people - especially young people - cannot meet as easily as they used to, and they are not able to establish genuinely strong and solid friend relationships, and as a result they are dragged to loneliness and unhappiness. The first aim of EUROPUBlic: Belong to Youth initiative is to provide the opportunity for these people to discover and realize their potentials by touching the lives of young people. The first step in achieving that aim is to adapt the cooperation and solidarity that already exists in our native culture to our modern day present reality. Self-actualization according to the works of the famous psychologist Abraham MASLOW as put forward in his hierarchy of needs is the ultimate need and the yearning towards it becomes apparent after one's basic needs have been met. Young people who cannot fulfill this need cannot be happy and cannot be successful in what they do. As a detrimental result of this, unhappy and hopeless generations fill the ranks of society. Because the youth of today are the adults of tomorrow. Young people are more likely to be motivated by their orientation and ability to become aware of their talents and to seek motivation in achieving their goals. EUROPUBlic: Belong to Youth aims to include young people in pre-adulthood, which is the most appropriate age range, and to follow the progress that they have made over the years. EUROPUBlic Platform aims to establish an sustainable and efficient system by creating synergy under a single roof through the help of experts who are experienced in their fields. The system will make of use cultural and youth activities, personal development workshops, artistic and educational activities, technological awareness workshops etc. Young people, who are the main target group of the initiative, have to meet a number of needs in order to be happy and self-confident individuals. Among these needs, according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory are; - Sense of love and belonging, - Seeing value, - Self-actualization. Young people who cannot establish strong and beneficial friend relationships because of various social and economic difficulties are not happy and cannot feel valuable. For this reason, they cannot proceed to the “self-actualization” stage higher up.
