Harmonize for Community Development

Harmonize for Community Development is a non-governmental organisation originally started as an informal group founded in 2018 by 3 passionate youth leaders, then was reformed as an official private figure in 2019 with the intention to involve, inform, educate and motivate Egyptian youths to become active participants in the civic society. In all the activities we carry out, our Core Values are Identity, Diversity, Tolerance and Harmony. Of course, it’s easy to list these values on paper and a lot harder to follow them through in reality. This is why we are committed to prove ourselves through our GOALS which are * We aim to be a responsible platform that gives equal opportunities to all individuals with no discrimination according to Race, Gender, Religion, etc; and inspire the community to adopt the same value. * Enable youths to seek Global peace and understanding while discovering their own culture and identity. * Highlight the value of volunteering as a means to help the entire community * Provide tools for personal development of members and help them carry out and innovative ideas relevant to the development of the community. And in order to harmonize our dreams of these goals with reality, we had to have specific target groups to work with. Our main Target is young people and children with curious and active souls regardless of their educational background or social status. We especially try to support: Youths from Rural areas Unprivileged youths Children in governmental schools with less opportunities Young girls that are victims to gender discrimination Disabled young people All of that is easily said, but not so easily done.
