Asociația Allons-y

Allons-y Association is a youth association that has as main aim to play and active role in the lives of young people, by responding to their needs, facilitating their access to information and even the labor market and to provide training opportunities at home and abroad. The purpose being to contribute to the EU's objective of economic and social cohesion by improving environmental services, health, education, social security and to support the social inclusion of those facing exclusion problems. The objectives of the association target in particular the social reintegration of the youth, through educational and vocational training, access to information and advice on human rights and social protection, as well as: - Promoting equal opportunities and the participation in the community life; - Implementing equal opportunities in the labor market • Encouraging private initiatives and developing the capacity of action and leadership - Implementing programs at a local, national and international level; - Development and implementation of educational programs and support for both the urban youth and those in the rural areas that face exclusion; - Development of partnerships with relevant organizations, at home and abroad but also public authorities, institutions, associations of different profiles. The values of our association are: - Integrity. Having congruence between what we think, how we feel and what we do. -Excellence. We aim to deliver performance and quality in everything we do, through creativity and continuous improvement. -Involvement. We support initiative and involvement, as they are the two conditions that put things in motion. -Team spirit. We belong to a strong team. We trust and respect each other and we like to work together. - Diversity. We accept diversity as fundamental to our success. Each person's contribution and diversity in thinking, experience and expertise is a win and we take no account of ethnic origin, gender or sexual orientation. Our team consists of people willing to promote the principles of the European Union, of the European citizen and its active role in society. We have in our team trainers, teachers, doctors, entrepreneurs, actors, specialists in ITC, in social relationships, psychologists, sociologists, experts in sustainable development and rural development, economists and journalists.
