Association for Cultural and Educational Development YOUTH ON BOARD

Youth on Board is a non-profit youth organisation based in North Macedonia, actively involved in Erasmus+ Youth projects under both KA1 and KA2 actions. The organisation works primarily with young people aged 16–29, including young people with fewer opportunities, supporting their personal development, active citizenship and participation in social and democratic life at local, national and European level. Youth on Board has extensive experience in European cooperation, having participated in more than 100 international Erasmus+ and EU-funded projects since 2018, as partner and coordinator. Our activities cover youth mobility, youth exchanges, training activities, capacity building and cooperation partnerships. Thematic areas of expertise include youth participation and civic engagement, inclusion and diversity, digital skills and media literacy, environmental sustainability, gender equality, wellbeing, youth employability and entrepreneurship. The organisation has strong operational capacity, with an experienced team of project coordinators, youth workers, trainers and experts, supported by an active base of 300+ volunteers annually. We maintain close cooperation with universities, local authorities, youth councils and civil society organisations, ensuring quality implementation and strong local impact of projects. Youth on Board is experienced in development of educational content and non-formal learning methodologies, organisation of international mobility activities, piloting innovative youth work practices, dissemination and exploitation of results, and involvement of young people in all project phases. As a committed and reliable partner, Youth on Board is open to participating in Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2 Youth projects, contributing practical experience, thematic expertise and strong local networks to European cooperation initiatives.
