Dinserta is a sheltered workshop/special employment center approved by the Generalitat Valenciana and with reference number 266 in the Register of Special Employment Centers of the Valencian Community. We started our activity in 2016 and now we have 12 employees, giving service to more than 20 companies in the province of Castellón. Our employees are mainly disabled people that usually hardly can find a job. So despite we are a Ltd. company, we also have a positive impact in our society. We are focused in 4 activity groups: 1. Cleaning services 2. Counselling services 3. Training 4. Selling of labour material (protection equipment, etc.) We offer cleaning services for companies interested in being more responsible and to help disabled people to find a job. We are aware that technological development and communications have produced a more than palpable standardization in work processes, especially in the field of services. For this reason, from Dinserta we bet on artisanal work methods, focused on the client and built to suit them, so that we adapt all our know-how to the needs of the client in a close and personalized way. Our services are focused on developing: • Cleaning of buildings • Office cleaning • Cleaning domiciles On the other hand, we also offer counselling services. Our staff will offer you their best personal skills and competencies to offer to manage your service: • Reception • Concierge • Access One of our most important areas is training. Done that disabled people usually have special need in what concerns to education and training, we are focused in our employees and in teaching them about important aspects of their jobs and their lives. For example, we train our employees in social skills, autonomy skills, creativity, communication, teamwork and in specific topics like cleaning of customer attention. We also organize specific trainings for Councils of Public bodies interested in train disabled people. Finally, we also are in the market of labour material. The Occupational Protection Materials are any equipment intended to be carried or held by the worker to protect him from one or several risks that may threaten his safety or health, as well as any complement or accessory designed for that purpose. From Dinserta we offer our brand EQUIPTEC that sells labour protection equipment and workwear, adapted to your company and screen printed and prepared and prepared by our staff with functional diversity. Our staff takes care of this process, customizing your work protection clothing and equipment and organizing your delivery and storage. Since we work with disabled people, our management staff has skills such as the following: - Empathy - Communication - Assertiveness - Communication - People Management - Respect for diversity and equality - Ability to impart training actions - Emotional intelligence Our management staff is trained in human resources management, people management, intercultural mediation, management and management of Special Employment Centers and prevention of occupational risks. We have more than 20 years of experience in direct with workers, managing teams and providing training on different topics (entrepreneurship, job search, personal development, emotional intelligence, social and communication skills, etc.). We also have experience in the development of online training throgh platforms like Moodle.
