Parlayaq Foundation

Parlayaq means let’s shine in Azerbaijani. At Parlayaq, we want to make the world a place, where everyone can get a chance for personal development and realization of dreams. We equally support young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, so that they can take a lead of their situations with their own efforts. The organization was founded in 2021 by Jamila Zeynalzade who won the Make Others Shine Female Award from Bain & Company Nordics for her idea of Parlayaq. Parlayaq Foundation has three main focus areas: 1) Self-development 2) Education 3) Career In less than a year, Parlayaq implemented several successful projects and contributed to global youth development. Short Story Competition, Career Support Mentorship for Women, Career Advice Articles are among the highlighted projects of the organization. We aim for more and therefore, open to collaborate with other organization sharing our values. Let's make the world a better place for our youth.
