The organization was established in 2022 August 25. The founders of the Association Network of Professional Initiatives "Youth and Adults" (hereinafter - NPI) set the main goals and areas of activity when creating the organization, and consolidated them in the statutes of the NPI. Objectives and areas: 1. By creating national and international networks, unite youth and adults for professional, scientific, creative, research, educational, entrepreneurship, social dialogue, mobility, mobility, etc. activities. 2. In creating national and international networks, to develop and popularize professional, scientific, creative, research, cognitive, entrepreneurial, social dialogue, mobility, mobility, etc. activities, abilities, knowledge, competences. 3. Submit applications to the Lithuanian Education Exchange Support Fund and other national and European institutions for the implementation of the programs and projects mentioned in point 4. 6. After receiving funding for the submitted applications, send members of the Association and selected youth and adult representatives to internships abroad, organize youth exchanges (when participating in youth exchange projects), internships for vocational training students with employers, internships for vocational teachers (when participating in vocational training mobility projects), adult mobility (when participating in adult training projects), sports camps, events (when participating in sports projects). 7. To promote the social employment of youth and adults, mutual communication and cooperation, self-confidence, knowledge, abilities and competences. 8. To strengthen young people and adults, including those with fewer opportunities: participation in democratic life and the labor market, active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, solidarity. 9. To improve the competences of young people and adults and persons working with young people and adults through non-formal education methods, to strengthen the connection between the youth and adult sectors and the labor market. 10. To improve the quality of work with youth and adults, especially by promoting enhanced cooperation between organizations operating in the field of youth and adults, or other interested parties. 11. Contribute to youth policy reforms at the local, regional and national level (knowledge and fact-based youth policy, recognition of non-formal education, dissemination of good practices). 12. To strengthen international cooperation and mobility for educational purposes in the field of youth. 13. To cooperate with institutions providing general education and vocational training, higher education, youth and adult employment, Third Age universities, training centers, children's socialization centers, state and municipal institutions (Lithuanian Army, Rifle Association, Lithuanian Police, Lithuanian Employment Service, municipal councils and administrations, councils, municipal cultural, sports, social service institutions, etc.), other youth and adult organizations in Lithuania, Europe and other countries. For youth and adults to sign cooperation agreements with them for the implementation of internships, projects, programs. 14. To cooperate with Lithuanian and foreign business companies and their associations. Together with the institutions mentioned in point 13, prepare and implement national and European projects. 16. To help young people and adults prepare for and participate in professional, scientific, creative, research, educational, mobility, mobility initiatives. 17. To organize thematic meetings, trainings, courses, seminars, events, holidays, festivals, etc. of Association members, youth and adults. 18. To carry out various, timely, effective, interesting, creative activities of the Association. To organize cultural, familiarization, educational trips of Association members, youth and adults around Lithuania and foreign countries. 21. Promote a healthy and active lifestyle, prevent bad habits. 22. To represent members and protect their interests, to provide comprehensive information and assistance.
