Universo Sport Center is a young sports club that has decided to invest into a 360 degree well-being of the person. Placed in the municipality of Silvi Marina, a quiet tourist resort on the Abruzzo coast, it boasts an enviable geographical position immersed in the green hills and facing the Terre del Cerrano natural reserve. This reserve, a magical place in the summer, acts as an umbrella for the many tourists who flock to the beaches in the summer, but above all it hosts the wonderful Adriatic cycle path that goes from Venice to Santa Maria di Leuca, crossing theentire Abruzzo coast. The club’s main vision is to create a reference sports hub in the area capable of providing both quality and professionalism related about grassroots sports and physical activity services. The Mission is to provide our professionalism to the greatest number of people trying to understand the needs of the community in order to offer a perspective of well-being by proposing solutions and life models with the scope to improve the quality of life for all age groups . The Action is to create a strategic networks partnership linked to the sport and physical activity sector between , such as Universities, Sports Federations, Schools, Sports Clubs, International Partners focused on innovation and continuous training for all players, whether they are promoters of the service or direct users. Our symbol is U3, which indicates the 3 main structure composition levels . Three large and welcoming areas that host as many concepts of psychophysical well-being of the person. Let’s think about movement and sport in environments – Water, Land and Wellness. Water - includes all the activities of the swimming pool focused to the fitness and wellness space such as: postural gymnastic in water, circuit training, hydrobike, water aerobics. The swimming school, diveded in 3 main aged group: - children aged 5 and over. - Propaganda swimming lessons from 6 to 8 years old; - the pre-competitive from 8 to 12 years old - competitive swimming from 12 to 18 year old These above are the main groups of the youth swimming section. A Masters division is also present from 18 years to 50 year old. Youth water polo is one of the main activities with the boys section. Land - The space dedicated at the motor activity develops over an entire floor with large open spaces organized into 4 functional rooms, 2 - one dedicated to indoor cycling with the latest generation bikes, - one Functional fitness room with a calisthenics structure, - a postural and circuit room - a weight room with isotonic machines. Main Objective from the functional evaluation to the search for specific programs: functional re-education, fitness, sport, postural, clinical. Wellness - The wellness space is equipped with all services, including a professional space focused in the care and well-being of the person with the rehabilitation, sports and physiotherapy sectors. The Sport center is transversal at all levels. Collaborating with sports clubs, schools and federations, we host among our users a widely range of athletes who have among the offers different options as functional recovery, psychophysical well-being, strengthening or consultancy. These spaces converge in the idea of a final standard which are the Gyms of health, certified activities with quality services for the well-being of the person.
