MentorART

The MentorART Program, a partner of the prestigious international project Perach, operates on three main axes: i) enriching and improving the lives of children and young people in vulnerable situations (mentees); ii) empowering university students with civic and social skills (mentors); iii) promoting a systemic impact in the construction of a more conscious and supportive society. MentorART mobilize an interdisciplinary network of mentors who offer personalized support, serving as aspirational models for the social, psychological, and emotional development of mentees. This support focuses on the development of core skills, enhancing the well-being, self-esteem, and motivation of these beneficiaries. The structure provides a multi-layered support network, where mentors have access to constant training and guidance, catalyzing their development and increasing the impact on mentees. The Program excels as a robust and emancipatory IIES, grounded in the best mentoring evidence, aiming to promote successful educational paths, elevate ambitions, and future opportunities with a transformative systemic impact.
