Giovani In APS

GiN APS (Giovani In APS), founded on November 2, 2022, and originally known as GiM ODV, is a non-partisan association dedicated to youth empowerment through cultural, social, and educational projects. Renamed on December 30, 2023, its mission is to catalyze social change by promoting proactive citizenship and active community engagement. Guided by the principle of "Protest proposal," it raises awareness and proposes innovative solutions, creating a collaborative environment for the design and implementation of tangible initiatives. GiN APS is committed to developing spaces for experiential learning and self-education, considering young people as critical thinkers and agents of change. Members are invited to actively participate in the development of projects that reflect the association's values and objectives, aiming for concrete and responsible improvements within the community. GiN APS's innovative approach extends to its focus on co-design and methodologies such as design thinking to create projects that effectively address the needs of the communities it serves. These practices actively involve stakeholders in the creative process, ensuring that solutions are not only sustainable but also highly tailored and rooted in the local context. The use of design thinking, in particular, enables a deep exploration of issues, fostering the ideation of innovative solutions that are both practical and impactful. Internationally recognized, GiN APS is part of global networks like the World Urban Campaign of UN-Habitat. This international recognition underscores its active and influential role in sustainability and social inclusion. With extensive experience managing European projects, GiN APS has demonstrated remarkable capability in overseeing and implementing complex initiatives, securing significant funding from the Italian Agency for Youth and other European partners, a testament to its reliability and the impact of its actions.
