DEYDER (Digital Access and Competence Association) is a non-profit organization based in Van, Eastern Anatolia, Turkey, dedicated to empowering disadvantaged youth through non-formal education, digital transformation, and international mobility programs. As a newly established organization, DEYDER aims to bridge the gap between young people and global opportunities, ensuring they have access to learning, skills development, and cross-cultural experiences. Non-Formal Education & Youth Empowerment – Organizing mentorship programs, leadership workshops, and skill-building initiatives for youth, particularly NEET individuals, young women, and rural youth. Digital Transformation & Innovation – Promoting digital literacy, online learning, and technology-driven youth work to close the digital divide and equip young people with essential 21st-century skills. Social Inclusion & Gender Equality – Supporting marginalized groups, refugee youth, and young women in overcoming barriers to education, mobility, and professional development. Erasmus+ & International Mobility – Providing access to youth exchanges, mobility programs, and strategic partnerships that enable young people to connect with European networks and learning opportunities.
