Team Development and Collaboration Opportunities We are currently developing our team of youth workers and adult educators. We are available for collaborations (Youth & Adults) in the following forms: • Active Project Partners: We are ready to travel and contribute to international projects with our expertise in working with youth and adults, organizing non-formal workshops on various STEAM themes. • Hosting (Host Organization): Youth exchanges, training courses, study visits, and job-shadowing, using our museum spaces as learning laboratories. • New Knowledge: As an institution open to innovation, we are eager to constantly learn by participating in training courses and through the exchange of best practices with international partners. 6. The Brâncuși Trail: From Hobița to Târgu Jiu We offer an initiatic trail that begins at the "Constantin Brâncuși" House-Museum in Hobița and culminates in Târgu Jiu at the "Heroes' Path" sculptural ensemble (The Table of Silence, The Gate of the Kiss, and The Endless Column), explaining the transformation from rural life to the status of father of modern sculpture.
