MASTERMINDS is a Latvian non-governmental organisation established in 2011, specialising in mentorship-based non-formal education, competence development, and structured life skills training. The organisation works at the intersection of mentoring, career guidance, and experiential learning, supporting individuals in strengthening leadership, communication, adaptability, and active participation competences. Our core approach is built on structured mentoring systems combined with experiential and gamified methodologies. We design and implement mentoring circles, career transition workshops, competence development labs, and facilitator training programmes. A key focus of our work is the development of practical educational tools, including mentoring frameworks, card-based learning sets, and facilitation manuals that can be adapted to different educational contexts. MASTERMINDS operates both locally and in regional areas of Latvia, collaborating with schools, adult learning centres, community organisations, and civic actors. We work with young people, adult learners, mentors, educators, and facilitators, particularly those navigating transitions in education, employment, or personal development. Our core team members bring more than 10 years of experience in Erasmus+, Nordplus, CERV, Teacher Academies, and other EU-funded initiatives. We ensure structured project management, quality implementation, and alignment with European priorities such as inclusion, lifelong learning, upskilling, and innovative educational methodologies. We are particularly interested in cooperation projects related to mentoring systems, life skills development, employability, active citizenship, adult education innovation, and non-formal learning methodologies.
