**Manbaa Chabab AC** is a Moroccan non-profit youth organization dedicated to empowering children and young people through sport, non-formal education, volunteering, and active citizenship. We believe that sport is a powerful tool for personal development, social inclusion, and the promotion of values such as respect, teamwork, solidarity, tolerance, and fair play. Our organization designs and implements sports, educational, and community-based activities, including football development programs, training courses, youth workshops, volunteer initiatives, and local community projects. Through these activities, we aim to strengthen young people's life skills, leadership, employability, and civic engagement while encouraging their active participation in society. Manbaa Chabab AC is committed to promoting inclusion, equal opportunities, intercultural dialogue, gender equality, and the participation of young people with fewer opportunities. Our work is fully aligned with the priorities of the Erasmus+ Programme and the European Youth Strategy, fostering youth participation, social innovation, and sustainable community development. We are actively seeking long-term international partnerships with youth organizations, NGOs, sports clubs, municipalities, educational institutions, and other stakeholders across Europe and beyond. We are interested in developing Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges, Training Courses, Capacity Building projects, seminars, and other non-formal education initiatives that encourage intercultural learning, the exchange of good practices, and the creation of lasting international networks. Our vision is to build confident, responsible, and engaged young citizens who can contribute positively to their communities while strengthening international cooperation through meaningful youth work and sport.
