MasterPeace Morocco is considered as one of the leading organizations in Morocco in building capacity programs and youth empowerment, we provide different projects and activities such as: • Events and Workshops: in which we aim to create an open atmosphere based on non-formal methodologies about leadership, peace building, communication and social entrepreneurship, • Multinational Projects: projects that aims to twin with other countries to create a bigger impact in the local communities such as ACT! Together, DOUACTIVISM and Dare4.0 which are +1-year projects that aims to enhance and empower youth in marginalized communities in five countries about the use of art and social entrepreneurship as a method to create positive change. • ESC, in which we enabled more than 50 youngsters to have an international experience under the program in different countries. • Social entrepreneurship incubation: we provide mentoring tools and assistance for youngsters who are interested or passionate about social entrepreneurship in which we help them from the ideation to the implementation phase . It brings together a qualified team of professionals and youth facilitators with strong experience in civic education, intercultural dialogue and youth empowerment. • Project Coordinator: Expert in civic education, Euro-Mediterranean cooperation, and youth engagement, with over 10 years of experience managing EU-funded programs. • Youth Facilitators: Trained in participatory learning, storytelling, and digital facilitation. Skilled in working with diverse youth groups and safeguarding minors. • Storytelling & Media Experts: Specialists in video, photography, and digital storytelling who guide young participants in creating impactful intercultural content. • Safeguarding Advisor: Experienced in child protection, mental health, and safe learning environments, ensuring ethical standards across all activities. • Monitoring & Evaluation Officer: Responsible for assessing impact and learning outcomes, with experience in data collection and youth-centered evaluation. • Youth Participants: Motivated and diverse young people (13–18) from urban and rural Morocco, active in schools, clubs, and community projects, eager to learn and lead change.
