Mod of Life is an non-gouvernamental, nonconformist youth organization that is organizing local, national and international projects. Our team believe in education and volunteerism as a resource for an active and more tolerant society. Our activities that are based on a set of values developed during the time are increased by the experience of our team: multiculturalism, volunteerism, tolerance, personal development, teamwork. Accordingly with these principles, the mission that we assume is to educate the young people in the spirit of active citizenship through non-formal education tools. The partnerships that we established at local and international level offers us a favorable frame to recruit, train and place volunteers in projects with various topics. The projects and activities that our association propose, by all means try to promote: volunteerism, active citizenship, youth cooperation and are based mostly on non-formal education methods and tools. We believe… ... that young people represents a huge chance for Romania, if their huge potential is used in the best possible way. The organization was founded and it works because its members who chose to be active participants in civil society. From the beginning, we aimed to create concrete opportunities for young people in order to develop and adapt themselves to current and future challenges. With this goal, the direction of the projects carried out till now aimed at preparing them to become "young Europeans" with benefits and responsibilities involved. We have the mission... ... To promote the general interests of young people in Romania. Our main fields of action.... - Information of young people in the fields of civic education, health programs, human rights, etc; - Promotion of Romanian values both in Romania and abroad; - Creation of equal opportunities of access to information for all young people; - Educating young people in the spirit of democracy, tolerance and diversity; - Running national and international projects in collaboration with regional, national and international youth structures.
