NGO "Generation of Action"

NGO “Generation of Action” was founded by students of department of Social work of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. We work with young people in local communities in Kyiv region. We encourage the young people to engage in interesting and useful leisure activity without drugs, violence, discrimination. We organize local-based games, urban games, sport competitions and cultural evenings. We intend to provide young people with fun activity that also achieve three goals: 1. Successful communication between young people of different ethnic or religious background, gender or sexual identity. 2. Give them examples of activities that they continue enjoying outside the project; 3. Change stereotypes, for example, “really good leisure” is not equal “all must be drunk”; Also we provide trainings and non-formal study on the same topic in schools.
