The Institute for Excellence Research and Promotion - IPPEX- is a Nonprofit Association which was founded with the purpose of promoting and encouraging the consolidation of Innovative Education Projects. IPPEX collaborates with numerous institutions that are Interested in Talent Management and effective reform of the education system. The reason for being of IPPEX is based on commitment to innovative education, where can be included the talent development. Thus IPPEX contributes to Capacity Building of students and teachers and, thereby help strengthen the social improve founded on the values of the Educative Excellence. Among the main action lines of IPPEX are included: • Drafting studies and reports and promoting innovate projects in the area of education. • Ensuring visibility for the contributions that have made a special commitment on the part of the teachers and a considerable effort to acquire high levels of excellence. • Training to Community education and providing permanent information about progress and trends of the education sector. • The organization of activities for school age children in which talent and entrepreneurial attitude is stimulated. One of the main objectives of IPPEX is provide openness to maintain and strength close links of international cooperation in the field of education and work with differents European Schools and nonprofit organizations, in order to know Policies and Methodologies implemented in Each Country members and to collaborate in multicountry projects. Additionally, IPPEX has an enduring commitment to support international exchange of educational experiences and is working to encourage the movility of European students.
