WHO WE ARE INSPIRE SUCCESS a grassroots Non-Governmental Organization committed to providing a platform for inspiration and empowerment of young people and women in Zambia. Our aim is to invest in strategic initiatives that have strong potential to advance innovations in the Zambian economy and increase social economic development. Our main objective is to promote a culture of open learning by creating a set of smart spaces and concepts for young people to discover their passion, develop their talents and work together in a creative environment. OUR VISION Our vision is to open Innovation centers in each District in all the 10 Provinces of Zambia and beyond, that will serve as open innovation platforms where people can come through to learn new skill and share knowledge and ideas to find solutions to some of the most pressing social problems experienced in their communities such as poverty, climate change, gender inequality, corruption, Unemployment, water and sanitation, wildlife conservation, Illiteracy, social inclusion, discrimination etc!We also plan to develop an alumni network where young people can use their newly-acquired knowledge and test their ideas in practice. We know that if we use the experiences and the talents of those youth who have gone through the program, they will inspire and encourage others to become the leaders of tomorrow. They will connect with youths on a level as role models and lift those who follow up in ways that bring success to all. WHAT WE DO We believe young people have extraordinary potential to create change and have unique perspectives about what matters and about how things could be changed for the better. Therefore, we promote youthful programs which aim to encourage an healthy active lifestyle that fosters personal and professional development and nurture entrepreneurship. We believe by engaging young people as partners and listening to their ideas, concerns, and aspirations, we can empower them to become change makers. WHAT WE OFFER We offer Co-working space, chilling zone, networking events, sport, ICT training, dance and music school, cafe, designer shop, learning room and more – all in one place for youth to chill, create and collaborate.
