Institute of Partnership Initiatives for Innovation INNPLUS is non-governmental, non-profit organization founded by experienced rural area and educational (including non-formal edcation) experts. The main goals of the Foundation are: - Fostering entrepreneurial attitudes among young people, in particular in rural areas in the field of agricultural and non-agricultural enterprise. - Promoting, initiating and carry out activities to reduce unemployment and its consequences, in particular in rural areas. - Initiation, promotion and implementation of aid to people at risk of social exclusion. - Promoting, popularization and implementation of lifelong learning and professional development. - Promoting, encouraging, initiating activities for sport, culture and tourism. - Organizing scholarships and training programs for high school and university, volunteers and professionals in the field of interest of the Foundation. - Developing educational activities, in particular in rural areas. - The development of culture and the preservation and use of local development potential, in particular in rural areas the form of cultural and historical heritage, of cultural, natural and tourism, including the field of traditional food and regional dishes and regional species of plants and animals, fish and organic products . - Initiating, implementing and promoting measures to protect and improve the environment, including initiating, conducting and promoting environmental education. - Promoting, initiating and carry out activities for the development of efficient, climate and environment-friendly agriculture. Organization itself is relatively young, building relationships with other NGOs from Europe on extensive experience of its leaders. INNPLUS is focusing on young people from Warma and Mazury rural areas especially from Purda Community.
