About Organization
The CMEF, located in Cap d'Ail (06320), is a language campus and international youth exchange centre founded in 1952. It organises French language courses throughout the year and, in the summer, courses related to the performing arts, which take advantage of the centre's theatre, decorated in antique style by the poet Jean Cocteau between 1958 and 1963. The CMEF is accredited by the French Ministry of Youth and Sports and has been awarded the ‘Qualité FLE’ label by the French government. It welcomes around 4,000 students and 300 international teachers to its programmes
