These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and CorpsLoop regarding use of the website, applications, and related services available at corpsloop.com (the "Service").

If you use CorpsLoop on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

CorpsLoop helps associations and organisations discover partners, manage profiles, publish partnership listings, and communicate on the platform.

CorpsLoop is an independent commercial/community platform. It is not an official EU institution, programme portal, or accreditation authority. Platform verification does not equal any official quality label or government endorsement.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, or in violation of these Terms.

Claiming or representing an organisation requires a genuine relationship to that organisation. You must not submit false verification materials.

We may review, approve, reject, or revoke claims and verification status. Decisions may take time and are not a guarantee of listing accuracy from third-party directories.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: scraping without permission; attempting unauthorised access; distributing malware; harassing others; impersonating organisations; spamming; or uploading unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.

You must comply with applicable laws, including data protection, anti-spam, and intellectual property rules.

Messaging features may be limited to eligible or premium accounts according to product rules.

You remain responsible for the content of your messages. Do not share secrets you are not authorised to share. We may monitor or review reports of abuse and take action where necessary.

Some features (such as organisation messaging or enhanced visibility) may require a paid or admin-granted premium status.

Prices, billing terms, and refunds—if offered—will be presented at purchase or in a separate order confirmation. Unpaid or revoked premium access may disable related features.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant CorpsLoop a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate and improve the Service.

You confirm you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not violate third-party rights.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Organisation directory information may come from user submissions and/or third-party sources and may be incomplete or outdated. You should independently verify partners before entering agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CorpsLoop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence where such rules apply).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, legal risk, non-payment, or to protect the platform and its users.

Upon termination, rights granted to you under these Terms end. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer or data-protection rules in your country provide otherwise.

Courts of İstanbul, Türkiye shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
