MTÜ Montessori koolitusühing

Montessori koolitusühing is a non-profitable organisation that was founded in 2006. It receives 50 local children at age from 8 months to 7 years. There are 3 different groups: first group „Together with mummy“ for the children from 8 months to 2,5 years old, second group «Preparation for nursery» for the children from 1,5 to 3 years old, and a pre-school group for the children aged 3-7 years. Our team consists 3 montessori teachers and 3 assistants, teachers of music and Estonian language. Our centre's got a gym properly equipped for children and adults, where we practice children gymnastics and different martial arts, such as aikido. Main aim of the organisation is to bring out childrens' hidden abilities and develop skills of self-grow on the basis of prepared Montessori environment. Our primary aim is to assist in the total development of a child’s personality (social, emotional, intellectual, physical, etc.), so the child will be better prepared to adapt to life and adjust to the changing conditions of the environment. Daily activities include Montessori lessons, music and art lessons, theatre performances, sport exercises, indoor and outdoor events, small trips, games, quizzes, visits to museums etc.
