Institute for Innovation and Change (former Guria Youth Resource Center, name changed to 2021) esteblished on june 2002, Since 2002 it has accomplished more then thirty succesful projects funded by international donor agencies. Our mission reads as follows: Individuals and organizations in Georgia to have the opportunity to develop in order to make positive changes for the social and economic well-being of the country.For that, the organization implements programs for individuals and legal entities by introducing innovative approaches and participatory principles for transparency, accountability and equal opportunities.
