The tasks of the institution are to implement the development programme of the municipality, to participate in the elaboration and implementation of documents. To carry out activities to promote social cohesion, to identify and analyse the needs of the municipality's inhabitants in order to solve problems related to social inclusion. To be involved in the activities of neighbourhood NGOs and to support activities organised by neighbourhood NGOs. To organise events, participate in project competitions to raise funds for the implementation of the Authority's functions. To make proposals to the municipal institutions for the development of youth policy and to coordinate cooperation between the municipal institutions in the field of youth policy, to coordinate the activities of 3 youth centres.
