Fundación para la Innovación y el desarrollo en la educación y la emprendeduria -from now IDEE- is a non-profit organization, whose main mission is to fight against unemployment, developing quality skills and competences for the personal and professional development of young people. Its vision is to create an inclusive, resilient, and adaptable society with qualified young people, ready to develop the jobs of the future with respect and open-minded attitude. Our values are to give tools being helpful, active listeners and empathetic, and competent to help young people to develop personally and professionally. IDee was born 11 years ago from the need of giving skills and competences to young people from the nonformal education perspective and connecting young people with the labour world from an international perspective to fight against unemployment one of the most difficult problems in our country. Our society needs young people prepared to face challenges regarding digitalization and social changes. To develop an open and inclusive society, and avoid radicalization, it is necessary to promote international social experiences that help young people to understand that the difference is something enriching. Volunteering will be the tool to meet our goals of giving competences and skills to young people and at the same time avoid radicalization and being inclusive. All our activities have a social perspective, and we give good examples through volunteers or offering to participate in volunteering activities abroad. We promote volunteering from our same structure since we always have some volunteers that help other future volunteers to integrate in the activities, to prepare them and help specially people with fewer opportunities from all sorts. Our target groups are mainly people from 16 to 30 years old. *Our main activities are: - Volunteering: we are a sending organization in the Erasmus+ program from 2015. We are sending volunteers to offer them experiences abroad in different humanitarian fields, giving the support enrolling, security with the following up and also helping volunteers in their return to be included in society .. This activity will be for people from 18 to 30 years old. - Exchange programs for young people from 16 to 30 years old : We are partners in programs to promote mobility to young people with non-profit organizations we send and we receive volunteers and trainees to place in companies or in volunteering projects. - Partners in EU Projects - GOPY - We are part of this project that promotes volunteering mobility giving new opportunities from both sides of the Pyrenees - France and Spain, We promote Green mobility in the project and opportunities across the Pyrenees - Giving support to vocational schools and Colleges: We offer our support through conferences, personal interviews and meetings with counsellors, giving advice and promoting internationalization as a way of obtaining very important skills for professional and personal development. - Workshops and conferences to promote all the skills that one person acquires when volunteering and leaving the comfort zone and faces new experiences - Giving tools to young people with some difficulties and in general ,to gain skills to be included in society. - Stages abroad - To promote multilingualism as a key competence. , European culture, green attitude . - Promote internationalization from the same country hosting volunteers that want to come to Spain With all our activities we want: For young people 1. improve their skills, abilities, and competences to be prepared for employability 2. promote solidarity 3. promote their participation in democratic life in Europe and in the labour market 4.promote contact with other cultures to avoid radicalization and being inclusive 5 promote green conscience 6. see solidarity as a way of living and learning from others 7. be good citizens 8.gaining self-esteem after joining Solidarity corps and Solidarity projects For th
