About Organization
Diramarsi Association is a new cultural association of volunteers settled in Moncalieri, near Torino. The association has been created by R.A.M, Radici a Moncalieri, an agriculture and educational farm that was funded in order to promote the local territory, thanks to the union of traditional knowledge and the more advanced and modern technologies. Since 2018 R.A.M. is enrolled in the register of educational farms becoming a teaching farm in Turin and an educational center at the Italian level. The education and transmission of our skills is a strong stimulus for our working group. Precisely for this reason we believe that nature can teach a lot, especially to the youngest and to people with fragility: adaptation, sharing, inclusion and the richness of diversity are realized daily in RAM. We actively collaborate with the schools, associations and companies of the territory offering training courses and activities of various types. The Association Diramarsi on the other hand, was funded in 2017 with the aim of promoting culture and raise awareness on the topic of sustainability in all its aspects (environmental, social and economic) with the desire to rediscover balance, serenity and general wellbeing thanks to a closer connection between nature and people. The goal is to create a dynamic, participatory and accessible environment where each member can contribute, thus creating a multidisciplinary information and experimentation network. Through the organisation of events, exhibitions, workshops, conferences and debates we want to deepen, promote a series of themes. Central to the association is the desire to involve citizens in the rediscovery of the territory, through active and conscious participation. For this reason, Diramarsi aims at cross-cutting events from a thematic point of view, ranging with fields of intervention such as agriculture and ecology, health and well-being, art and culture, sciences and technologies, food culture .
