FUNDACJA EDUKACYJNA NAUSIKA

Educational Foundation Nausika was established in order to focus cooperation of the professional educators on developing high-quality learning agenda in non-formal education. The main aim is to experiment with innovative teaching methodology and design ready-to-use material and guidebooks for other educators. The aims of education, as we see it, are: raising creativity among the youth and maintaining it among the adults, empowering personal skills by conscious work on emotions, preventing radicalization and prejudices by critical thinking, promoting sustainable development by widely understood permaculture courses, strengthening resilient life-style on local, national and European level. The various outputs of our work include: board games, storytelling cards, argumentation games, role-playing scenarios, soft-skills trainings, semi-improvised plays (Forum Theater, impro-theater). We are working hard on the local level, networking and cooperating with many NGO’s and national organizations. We are organizing soft-skills workshops, trainings and seminars for various educators in Kraków, gathering them in self-managing bottom-up groups focused on regular self-development. We are also experienced youth workers and leaders on the European level, ready to cooperate on various projects, especially when it comes to designing innovative educational program for youth exchanges and trainings of educators.
