About Organization
The Lycée Jules-Verne is a higher education school in Guingamp, in Brittany. The Lycée offers proffesional training in the areas of metal, wood, electricity and sales. It annually fosters around 400 students, including an optional boarding school service. Students come mainly from Guingamp-Lannion-Saint Brieuc (the surrounding area), and a big part of them of all the region of Brittany. The objective of the Lycée is to help them build a personal project and giving them the means to achieve them. The school is commited and focuses on: 1 An establishment culture based on values for a safe journey 1.1 Benevolence 1.2 Demanding 1.3 Sharing and Team work 2 Priority areas of intervention 2.1 Mobilize students for their success 2.2 Better living in high school 2.3 Develop openness and autonomy 3 Activate their interest in enriching the heritage 4 Issues and objectives 4.1 Supporting school perseverance 4.2 Continuity in their studies Since 2017, the school is engaged in the program Erazmus + and offers their students the possibility to make their formation period in Europe.
